Credit Control Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for a Credit Controller Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs, on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months.
You will be responsible for the general administration on the credit control desk providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. They will also provide support to the credit control team.

About You
Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Provide customer account reconciliations as required
Credit Limit Reviews
Credit control/Accounting experience not required
Previous administration experience is an advantage
Strong Communication skills
Develop effective working relationships
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
Strong team player with an ability to work on their own initiative
Your Role
As a Credit Control Administrator your role will involve:
Providing administrative support to the credit control team in conjunction with the company credit policy
Providing ad hoc reports, admin support for internal stores, and supply customer service of a very high standard
Additional support to cover Credit Controller during absence
Producing letters from information supplied by the Credit Controller
Administering finance agreements within the designated area
